Default Rough ide after disconnecting battery ?

I disconnected my battery today for about an hour as I was changing the door wiring track, but since reconnecting it I have noticed the idle is not a smooth as it was, it might just be me but the revs appeared to get lower before coming back to normal, it never cut out or anything just a noticeable rougher idle.

Any Thoughts ?.
