Hey everyone, new to the forum. Purchased a 2008 T&C Limited recently and when my mife presets the SAT stations, after a couple days they disappear. The AM/FM stations remain, only the SAT get lost. They revert back to all weather channel presets. Is it possible that it is getting screwed up because the remote is not linked to the memory option. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

 

Did you program the key into the memory (along with the mirrors, seat position etc -the switch is on the driver door)? You also have to set it in the on-board computer. I believe it's called Link RKE or something....if I remember correctly.

 

Thanks for the quick response. We only set the memory on the driver side door.Did not do anything related to the on-board computer. I will have to read manual (better this time) and due that step.
