Its a 20A Ignition-Off Draw fuse. Essentially is a travel fuse. It should draw 0.015 to 0.025 ampere with the IGN in the off position, assuming all non-ignition controlled circuits in proper working order. You should allow 20 minutes to watch the meter fully stabilise.

A Q&D user capable - would be .........................

Doors closed all circuits and illumination off etc, then disconnect the NEG battery clamp and clamp [immoveable] the pins of your meter to the NEG on battery terminal and the NEG off battery terminal as a bridge. Moving the pins [breaking continuity] will as per #5 wake the puter BUS - blow the 2a fuse - and mean you will have to repeat all of the tests. Then remove each fuse / and / or breaker in the IPM one at a time until the voltage identifies which circuit is making the loss of 0.025 + and you have your excessive draw culprit. Open a door or any circuit and you blow the fuse and start all over again. Best of luck, 0.430 is megga high my mate !

I had solar panels for my previous house. Yes, they are not so reliable because many factors influence as was mentioned shadows from nearby buildings, clouds. BTW, the UK is not blessed with shine days if I can say this... Now I pay just bills for energy and gas..But I'm fine...I pay 0,50 for a watt. I hadn't found the best price before, this happened thanks https://usave.co.uk/energy/ In the 21 century with climate changes is just essential to take care of the environment.. so I hope our scientist will find a way but we have to be aware of the effects of some renewable energy sources.

Been there done that years ago. Went to a pro site last year calc made on modern.best high spec panel my own long/lati for November to March decade decided £180gdp panel was minimum borderline for period/location.on mV replacement.

Decided the 20p batteryMOD I did 8 years ago was infallible winter and summer @ 13v+. It's still going strong, very easy to do even on my oversized 80/800 F18/19 batteries. All my mods/info in these two sites. Best of luck folks.
