Default Sound on DVD?

Just got a 51 plate Grand Voyager today with the in-built DVD player in the roof. Can get the DVD going but am I being really thick as there is no sound? Do you need headphones? and if so...where do they plug in?

Hi
Select the DVD with your radio should allow it to come out your speakers but head phones is best but they are wireless so don’t plug in anywhere.

If it is an aftermarket system.. you may have to tune to an FM radio station to hear the DVD.
These are determined by the manufacturer of the DVD player and is usually selectable to about 4 or so channels.

No it's the factory fitted one that flips down from the roof. Will have a play around with the radio tomorrow and see if I can find it. Have found how to get subtitles up but my 4 year old may object to that lol

Hi
Just to add there are different headphones depending on the unit fitted so not all will work.

Glad it worked for you.. sounded exactly like your problem.. Typically if the entire unit is on the ceiling (Scree and player) often they have FM modulators. Enjoy!
