Default Stop blowing the horn! ('05 T&C)

I would like to program the van to NOT blow the horn when we lock the doors using the key fob. I would like the lights to continue to flash as they currently do (lock:all=all, unlock: driver=left, all=all) If I had an EVIC I'm suppose to be able to program it through this panel, but I don't. Is there another way?

Thanks,
Bubba

an autoelectrician could sort this quick smart. im sure its as simple as finding the wire that runs from the horn to the alarm and dissconecting it.
wether or not this connects at the alarm 'hub' or can be done at the fuse box im not sure.

Well, I want the horn to work. I just don't want it to sound when I lock the van with the key fob. So I want to program this feature and not disable the horn. Thanks though.

Does your owner's manual not indicate how to do this? I recall seeing something in my '01 manual. GM rental cars have this programming ability, I would think Chrysler does too.

It can be switched off with the EVIC. pressing the menu button until you get to the horn with lock/unlock screen. Otherwise it can be turned off by the dealer with the scan tool.
