Hello everybody

unfortuntaley my wife opened the power liftgate with the garage door closing the other day. The little joint where the motor’s rod is connected with the door broke.

Today I removed the upper trim from the liftgate and was able to remove the supporting part for the little ball that is part of the the joint, which is attached to door with two screws.

I would like to order a replacement but I don’t know how this part is officially called. Hence I can’t find the right spare part. I also can’t spot it on any of the diagrams that I found on the internet that are related to the liftgate mechanism.

I am sure somebody from this forum can help me.
