Hi Dan,
I have a 2003 cdr Voyager and when I had my electics fitted for towing the auto electrician tapped into the existing electics.
He said the only thing he could not do was wire up the fog light as this would cause a fault in the system.
I have been running this for over two years without a problem.

Cheers

Mark.

cheers guys, i have electrics already fitted to the car when i brought it
when towing the caravan i noticed when the sidelights were on the fog light on the caravan was also on
so i thought that it may be can bus as i know it can cause issues when tapping into the wiring
the other issue is that the o/s indicator is working but the buzzer doesnt seem to work on this side
i will disconnect the fog lamp wire and see what happens
anyone have an idea why having the fog lamp wired up causes problems

dan
