Default Town and Country left tire rubbing

I have a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country. The issue I am having is when I make a left turn, the inside of the tire is rubbing against the frame. I have not changed tires or rims. The front end seems tight as well as the ball joints. The only thing that was changed was the right tie rod and a right axle (cv joints) but this was months ago. Nothing was changed on the left side were the issue is occurring. As mentioned this happens during tight left turns. I attached a copy of the tire rubbing against the wheel well. This is a case of the steering not set up correctly. With the steering wheel at mid position, 3 and 9 o'clock, you should be going straight ahead and steering rack set in centre position. Other simple answer is the tracking is way ha out and each wheel is heading for right and left curbs. Tyre wear would show this up. For safety reasons get tie rod checked its not coming loose.
