Hello everyone. I have a 2010 town and country limited with a 4.0 L engine and a 6 speed transmission. There is 192 000 km on it now. I have noticed that it is making a transmission whine noise to it now when approaching and at highway speeds. I took it to a local repair shop to have it checked over. He did not have the tools for a full diagnoses but his feeling is that the transmission is on its way out. I have not noticed any other symptoms or issues, just the noise so far. Just wondering what my next step should be and when i should replace/fix the transmission so i don't get stranded on the side of the road.
