Default Transmission Woes

I have a 1996 Town and Country LXi with about 144,000 miles. I have replaced the computer once before, but can't remember why. Recently the transmission started to slip so I checked the fluid level. It was a little low and I topped it off. It has continued since. Recently in addition to slipping, it doesn't want to shift all the time. It won't shift to OD at freeway speeds. I checked for codes, and it indicated a bad shift solenoid. (P1705 I believe) I replaced the solenoid but it continued. I then replaced the output and input speed sensors with no success. It no longer gives any codes but recently something wierd started happening. If I punch it, accelerate, and let off the pedal quickly, lights blink, bells ring, and the door locks actuate. I can't believe that the two issues are related, but I really don't know what to think.
