transmition oil change..

I have 2001 T&C and can I do myself the oil change from transmition? I feel like a little kick when shifting transmition!!!

Yeah, well..... Sure you can do that, but I'll think you have to lower the pan (no drainplug on most auto trannys, I usually install drain plugs myself on my cars the first time I drop the pan....) so be carefull not get a to big kick out of it.... You might spill the oil and its very toxic and no good on enviroment...

It is changing the TRANNY oil you are thinking of, right? Why do you get a kick out of that? Or shall we just call you a troll?

I'll put the oil back on container!!
what about the filter? I guess I need to change.
my van just turn 100.000 miles and when I buy was 94.000
what do you think?
easy to change too?
how I install drainplug too?

Transmission fluid change is just messy. No good way to do it without making a mess. Definitely want to replace filter every time your in there.Personally, i wait for Firestone or Pepboys or somebody to put out a $59.99 coupon, it's worth waiting a few extra miles.
