Default turn signal cuts off headlight?

2005 T&C Limited. when turn signal is on, the corresponding headlight turns off. When turn signal is off, headlight comes back on. What could be causing this?

I do not think that is the way it is because it didn't do that before. Van's door lock is not working either, so I am assuming this has to do with the BCM flash(update) but wanted to make sure it is related.

Got to the dealer and got the BCM and PCM flashed. Everything is back to normal. I was having door lock issue, turn signal, and fuel guage drop. PCM flash was a warranty.
