Default Uk. 2005 voyager head phone issue.

I recently purchased a 2005 voyager with the mopar dvd system. The car came with no head phones so I bought a pair recommended off Amazon.
I am clueless on how to connect them.
I'm driving the kids to paris and don't fancy listening to the smurfs through the speakers all the way there.
Any advice please, thanks.

Were the ones you bought infrared headphones ? There's usually a switch on the headphone for on/off, A-B channel, volume etc
