Default Urgent help needed please!!

I have a 1999 2.0 LE, and after letting the car stand for two days, my partner found she could not change gears. I felt the pedal and there seems to be little pressure. I am pressuming there is air in the system and needs bleeding, but how do I bleed it? Secondly, what would cause this to suddenly happen?

The vehicle has covered 47,000 miles and has recently had a new clutch.

Please help.

Thank you.

Thanks for all your responses, however, I found the problem. The return spring on the clutch pedal had snapped not allowing the pedal to return far enough to push enough fluid to the slave. Thanks anyway, I don't know what I would have without this forum!
