I bought my clutch kit which was a LUK kit from Camberley Auto Factors, a large outfit in the south of England for £149.9. Now interestingly enough when they checked on the system it was showing the EXACT same part number for the 96-00 models AND the 2001 - on models, and yet Chrysler tell you they are different???.

Remember here I am talking purely about the 2.5TD and the 2.5CRD.

With regard to other cars I know for a fact use my VM-425 engine is the Opel/Vauxhall Frontera and the Ford Scorpio. A company that specialises in the rebuilding of VM Motori engines both TD and CRD is

http://ccgi.vmspecialists.plus.com/r...349b78a978b5cd

They will sell you parts as well.

Sorry I don't keep a list of part numbers.

Useful information, and link. That's not a bad price for a clutch, and since I have a slight oil leak (which I'm going to get checked out this weekend), I'm making an assumption that this may be the crankshaft oil seal - if so, it will be a job for later this year and I may as well get the clutch changed at the same time.
