2013 Town & Country. The remote wasn't in the car when we got it. Dealership sent it on later. Remote has never worked properly and I really don't want to drive there just for the remote. Is there a trick to get the system to recognize it?

 

Bump this. I have a 2012 t &c ves remote that will not work also. Headphones work but remote will not.
