Unhappy Voyager 2.8 Diesel (2004) not starting

Guys,

I probably killed my car. I have been trying to get an aftermarket HU to work with no luck. Yesterday I tried to locate the 12V thats power the Infinity AMP. Under the bonnet there is a fuse/relay box. In there is a fuse labelled Central AMP (30A). With the ignition keys in my pocket, I removed the 30A (Central AMP) fuse and turned the ignition on half way so it powers the radio and that was fine. The radio was on with no sound (I took it thisd is because I removed the AMP fuse). I now removed the ignition keys and put back the fuse. Turn it half way again and the radio works just fine as before.

I got back to the car about 30mins later and it did not start. In fact it is not starting now. The tank is about half full and the battery is fully charged. When I fully turn on the ignition, I can't hear any rotating part or misfiring. There is a noise though - Not sure if I can post a video on the forum. I think that would best discribe the sound.

Any help is appreaciated.

Mathias

Thanks LizzyD - now needs to find out the location of the starter motor. got some docs hope they will have it. From the doc, I use the ignition key to get the diagnostic code (with the key in in off position, put the odometer in TRIP, press and hold TRIP, now turn the iginition key to OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF you should see just after TRIP P------ then a code - note that you need to press and hold TRIP before putty the key to OFF position and wait about 2 seconds then turn on-off a couple of time and all this should not last more than 5seconds). I get P168.5 which means The SKIM (Smart Key Immobilizer Module) has Received an invalid key. I have not changed the ECM or any other thing for that matter. Does it mean only a dealer can help me now?
