voyager auto gearbox problems

voyager auto gearbox problems
my 98 grand voyager 3.3 has started jumping out of gear whilst driving and standing still.It will go back in when reved and obviously jumps forward. There is a whining sound just before this happens. I have checked the fluid whilst engine running and hot and is ok. I have just had a new belt put on by a non chrysler garage could this be the issue as the problem has only started since the new belt. Any help.
