Voyager Park Assist
When you say not working, does it do the 'bleep' when you engage reverse which indicates the system check OK?
On most models it does this the moment you put it into reverse, this might help as if it's not doing that most likely is power supply to the module, etc, so i'd be checking fuses first as those are easier to get at than the reverse module itself!

I think this is a 2008 model but it sounds like it may be what you have:

Its gonna be a wire chase as it always is in Chrysler diagnostic terms, this can be a hard or soft fault. If you have already pulled the battery for 15 minutes to reboot the body puter I would assume its the assist saying to the body control module I can't "give you any information data feed". In which case get the car diagnosed by tfb or anyone who can read a Chrysler. Depending on what tfb tells you :
- ask tfb or whoever to PING the park assist module to see if it communicates forwards
- pull the NEG cable completely
- pull the OSR inner trim and find the module
- pull and clean connectors and test harness backwards from module to sensors
- reconnect the module and the NEG cable and test, if its a no go
- start again and and test harness forwards from module to PCM and onwards

Back in the day people only had two tools a bulb with two bits of wire on it and a hand. Then we had cheap multi-meters and a hand. Now we have good diagnostic meters and a hand.
Shake test tool - four fingers and a thumb - never bettered in 80 years of automotive diagnostics
Those four fingers and a thumb are still are critical part of the arsenal, the shake test is as important now as it was back in the day. Most of the vehicles with issues on this forum have the same in common, they are nearly 10 years old and have wiring issues. The shake test is a good Q&D starter for 10 it can very quickly discover and pinpoint a whole range of types of problem particularly those voodoo intermittent ones.
