Thanks QinteQ

I assume the assist module is located behind the OSR trim near the area of the rear speaker? What is tfb by the way?

No idea, so unless someone can confirm as fact my guess like your guess is yes. You have to start somewhere and it's going to be (a) close and (b) where there is enough room so yes I'd go for the OSR panel. It's still a guess - my guess !

tfb is just the nym of a member here who lives in the south of England and is prepared to offer a free read to UK members who can get to him. He has a diagnostic capable of reading in addition to the normal P B & C codes the U codes which are Chrysler network and vehicle manufacturer specific / special codes.

Best of luck.

Yours sounds like an aftermarket kit, not Chrysler original. Are the sensors mounted in the rear bumper or on a full width black strip mounted under the rear bumper.

The Chrysler Park Assist Display Supply circuit is in the body pdf on page 897. It works only when the vehicle is in reverse or neutral, if the vehicles parking handbrake is applied - the system is deactivated. The schematic is at page 1358 of the same body pdf and shows the pathway from each of the 4 sensors through the park assist module to the (1) display lights (2) fused IGN switch (3) PCi BUS & (4) GRND.
