Default Water Leak

I have a 2006 Town and Country. I noticed there is water dripping onto the ground from the tube on the firewall. Its not leaking inside the vehicle at all. I am NOT running the A/C when this happens. We are just coming out of winter and today was warm and I just turned the switch to coolest. But didnt turn the A/C on. Again its not inside the vehicle. Its coming out of the tube on the engine side onto the ground. Its not overheating and coolant level is normal. Just noticed it today when it got warmer outside and a little more humid. Just curious why it is coming from there and if that is normal and what its supposed to do. It may have done it in past years but I never noticed it but the inside is dry.
