Default What is the difference between base, SX and LX model ?

Hello,

I am unable to get the main differences between Base Minivan, SX Minivan and LX Minivan trims.

And even though the difference seems to be very minimum, the price between Base and LX is significant (20%) on KBB for a used van.

The SX model is not listed in kbb (and many other places).
Is this model more similar to base or nearer to LX ?

I am having a 2005 Town and Country SX, which I plan to sell. But this is the first question I am being asked when approached by Private Party.

Thanks for any comments or links.
Naga.
