Things I have changed on 2.5Crd and 2.8Crd;
Thermostat
Rear crank oil seal
Clutch
Anti roll bar bushes front and rear
Sway bars
Lower control arm bushes both sides
EGR valve blank (still need to properly clean inlet manifold)
AC compressor and condenser
Noisy alternator bearings and belt
The usual serviceable items plus brake fluid, coolant, manual and auto oil and filter.
Soldered new carbon brushes in window regulator and now works perfect again. Nice easy money saving fix.

Things I have fitted;
15" overhead flip down DVD player. Plays through car speakers or IR wireless headphones.
Towbar with twin electrics
Interior bright white LED lights
Improved battery
Rear parking sensors
Soon to fit an aftermarket transmission oil cooler ready for towing next summer.

Chrysler Grand VOYAGER INTERIOR LED Lights Upgrade KIT | eBay

Here you go Alan, very easy to install, just take note that they are LED's and only work installed the correct way round. There are other options cheaper or more expensive but i chose these.

Cheers Dan

Yeah most of my LED's came from these guys and they're okay for the price.
The only ones I had an issue with where the H3's and H1's. The H3's were too large to fit through the fog light mounting holes and the H1's, although they look really bright when you're looking at them, they produce a very poor light pattern, but they were okay about it just give me a refund.

LEDs on A/C Heater controls, Rear Evaporator and extension tubes, radiator, condenser, compressor, receiver/dryer, water pump (2x), steering rack with tie-rod ends, anti-roll bar bushings on front, belt tensioner, fuel pump and filter (2x), alternator (2x), heater return pipe and hoses (along back side of engine below exhaust manifold), heater outlet hose to rear heater plumbing with variable restrictor. A lot of this in the last year. With 220K miles stuff is starting to show its age. Hope to get another 100K miles out of it. Still drives great. Will replace the MAP sensor and solenoid pack this weekend.
