Red face when do you know its time to change...
... change the parking shoe brake? does it make any noise?
I have 2001 T&C AWD

take the rear drum off and look to see how thick they are to the rivet

yep, have to change!! mmaybe thats why I have this noise when driving, but stops when braking!!
