Where Is the radiator relay curcuit located on a 01 T@C...

I have a check engine light on and I had a p1491 code. I want to change the radiatorrelay curcuit but I don't know where It's located. I would like to know where It's located so I can change the curcuit. The pic would be fantastic.

Just behind the front bumper withloads of little spikes on it.
