Whirring noise?

Whirring noise?
Hi all,
After solving so many of the problems with the voyager with the help of the forum I have another question.
When sitting in the back my wife can hear a whirring noise that gets louder the faster I go. Not even sure if it is anythig to worry about but just curious if anyone knows what it is?
