2014 T&C have replaced 3 regulators and 1 motor in front pass. door. The glass would be found down(almost always after a hard rain) and the cables in regulator were mangled. The third repair included a new motor but it would auto reverse from the up positions so went back to old motor. It works but am afraid I will have the same problem again. Any ides why this keeps happening?
