Wipers do not shut off

Question Wipers do not shut off
@008 chrysler town and country wiper do not shut off. I am going to start with relay and fuse. any other tips? Anything will truly help. Thank you in advance.

Check multifunction switch in steering column.

Not likely to be a fuse problem. The only thing bad that can happen to a fuse is that it burns out. When that happens the wipers won't work at all.
