Default Wipers, lights and horn, oh my. Electrical issues, on and off, Possible TIPM?

Hello,

2008 Chrysler Town and Country Van.

Over the last year my van would lose it's mind. The van would sit for a day or two. Some times out of the blue or after going into the van to get something (just opening and closing a door) about 5 minutes later everything goes off.

Usually its the (on and off):
-lights
-horn
-wipers

Sometimes it is also (on and off):
-locks
-washer fluid

After the last time the locks stopped working. The only way to stop it is to disconnect the battery. The power sliding doors still work and I haven't notice if the anything else is flashing because at the time I'm more worried about getting the battery disconnected.
I've contacted several places that rebuild TIPM and without sharing reason have said their repair would not solve my van's issues. Several people suggest its an issue with the security system or the TIPM. It never happens at the dealership so they can't offer me any assistance but one dealership did suggest a new TIPM.

Any advice from anyone who has experienced this with they vehicle would be really appreciated.

Thank you,
Chris
