Default 1999 Plymouth Breeze firing problem

Having trouble with a firing problem on my 1999 Plymouth Breeze, 2.0L 4 cylinder. Right now 1 and 4 are not firing. Replaced the Coil and still have the same problem. Giving code P0352. Wondering if it is the brain box or any other suggestions? Thanks.
