Default 98 Breeze 2.0 Damper Pulley Broke off

Had to change out Harmonic Balancer. Had no issues with getting the bolt off, but the valancer itself would not come off. Used 4 different pulleys including the Chrysler Pulley, nothing worked, they just kept breaking off pieces. Last pulley we used finally had the 'pop's sound, but then the pulley fell off along with the balancer and it was in pieces. Unfortunately, it left the center still stuck. Any advice on how to get this off? Thank you in advance for any and all help & advice!

This is what is left. Tbh it seemed as if it had been welded on or something!

get the Chrysler puller on there again put zip ties around the whole puller to get the arms from walking around when you crank down on it. find the thicket parts to attach to in the middle from what I see.
