got a 96 cirrus the blower fan inttermittly works somtimes it blows heat and somtimes it dont
and when it doesnt u can feel heat rising out of front defroster vent
does this car have a delay-on for the fan when it is in heat ?
or is the fan motor going out
even with ac on the fan doent come on
if it is the fan motor is it located under dash on passenger side.
and how hard is it to get at.
