cmtc problem

cmtc problem
I have a 1995 Chrysler Stratus.
We built a cmtc into it.
In other cars (same type, other year) cmtc shows the valid consumption (l/100km), but in my car it shows more by 30%.
Why don't cmtc know the real consumption, and what can I do to repair the problem?
