anyone who can help i just got a 95 chrysler cirrus 2.5 i got with the check engine light on and the last owner told me he replace the pc so i took it home and hook up my scanner and i dont get no communication so i check fuses all were good but still no communication so i did the next thing used the key on off on off on off on and i got nothing so far the car runnes fine but in mornigs the car is a little hard to start and i can hear it misfiring so i did a tune up and nothing anyone who can help thanks
