2003 starter removal

Default 2003 starter removal
I have a 03 town and country with the 3.8 L engine. I have determined that the starter is bad and need to be replaced. The only hold up is removing that stupid electrical clip. Any suggestions?

late to reply. just yank out the red safety clip then push button it comes right off.
