Default Changing the antifreeze coolant

I have a 2004 Town and Country and a 2005 Town & Country. Both are due for the 5-Yr coolant change. I'm trying to decide whether to do it myself or have dealer do it. I know I should use HOAT coolant which is hard to find. Must I use Chrysler HOAT coolant? Does the Zerex version meet Chrysler coolant spec?
How do I drain the system - it looks like the radiator drain **** is hidden. Opening drain ***** is risky as they often break-off. Is it OK to drain only the engine and just refill the same amount. I see what looks like an engine drain plug next to the oil filter - is that it?
Is it OK to keep then original hoses for another 5 years?
Much thanks,
Bill
