hesitation

help needed. my 99 voyager 2lr has an anoying hesitation @bout 2800 rpm when the heater is on, it seems to get worse when the ac is on, car runs fine without ac or heater on. thanks.

im not sure about it maybe it is belt tension isnt good or ac .... when last time you changed belt ? it could be another issue...
