need help

Default need help

i purchsed a 3500 hd diesel. i had to take it to the dealer for transmision repir. te truck would not hold in park. when i got truck to the dealer he said itwould be ready by teed of week. they have had my truck for 7 working days and are telling it will be 7 more days at least before i get my truck back. they tell me it i the factorys fault. my truck is my life line. every day i lose customers. this is my 5th chrysler product, but i don't i will purchase another one.

so, whats you question, what do you want someone on the board to do?? your title says 'need help' but you didn't ask for help you just complained about getting a truck that doesn't work properly.
