Unhappy no indicators chrysler voyager

Hi There. I am at my wits end with this car. the indicators are playing up. basically you go in the car indicate left or right and you hear the noise from the indicators, but the hazards show up. out side the car there is no lights at all flashing. i have replaced the indicator control module, hazard cluster on the dash, and the front control module, no success, the diagnostics at chrysler were no good either, they cannot find any fault apart from there is only 5 volts getting through the indicator module, (hence the change of the front control module. checked the obvious lights etc but no joy at all. also hazard lights are not flashing but if you have the indicators on and then put on hazards you can here the delayed change in the clicks. any ideas? its a uk version 2.5crd 2005. i cannot find any wiring diagrams anywhere to help out either. Please help

Just for giggles....

Take a Jumper lead from Battery + to "HAZ" fuse in IPM.......See if it helps.....The loss of voltage could be caused by Buss strips in the IPM that have corroded .

If there is only 5 v available, FCM will only send out 5 V... And If youve looked at it, There is no way to Check Voltage at FCM because of the connector configuration.

Hi tried that as well. taking out the fuse stops any flashing on the dash, and by putting in the wire from the positive does the same no flashing on the dash. starting to think its a bad wire but no idea where to start, poor car has had new engine clutch, clock spring, and now this.
