Reservoir issue.

Reservoir issue.
I have a 1999 Chrysler LHS that was in perfect condition. Yesterday I noticed the coolant come to a boil and back up within the overflow of the reservior. The radiator hose to on the lower end is warm to the touch as if no coolant has passed through. I am under the suspicion the mechanic reversed the heater core hoses. Now, I am in fear of moving the car.
Can anyone help? I would be greatful.

There are many possible causes for overheating. Your radiator may be obstructed from leaves or debris in front of it. It may be dirty inside and obstructed. A radiator hose may have collapsed. Your water pump may be bad. You may have a bad head gasket. You may have a bad thermostat. There could be other things, too.
Your car is 11 years old and ripe for any of the above. Check the ones you can based on your own mechanical ability and repair any deficiencies you find. If that doesn't do it, seek professional help.
