2015 Chrysler 200 has been not locking/unlocking the drivers side door with the key fob/manual door lock occasionally. I changed the battery in one key fob, thinking it was low. The very next morning, I went out to start the car and couldn't get in the drivers side door. Went inside and got the back-up key fob, still couldn't open the door. Got in front passengers side because all other doors open, reached over and started the car. It worked fine the rest of the day. We made an appointment to get it checked at the local Chrysler dealer. My daughter had to get in the car at school, through the back seat and climb over into the drivers seat. We get to the Chrysler dealer and it works fine. They said they checked the proximity sensor, and that was working as it should. No problems with anything else they checked. They said to bring it back when it isn't opening. "They can't fix it, if it's not broken." Has anyone had this issue, or know what I can have the dealer check? Thank you.

 

Sounds like the lock is sticking to me if its not working manually as well as electronically.

How does the key feel when you turn it in the lock barrel any resistance at all or does it turn freely?
