Exclamation 06 Town and country AC problem/recalibration?

I have a 2006 T&C. It has a dual climate control, the driver side blows warm air (55F) and the passenger side blows cold air about 45(F) degrees. I have changed the control head board, receiver drier, expansion valve, temperature door control motor. I tried to recharge the freon twice with proper amount. But still it has the same problem. You can email me any solutions/opinions at rizwan_1377@live.com. THANKs in advance.

You have a broken Blend door. ....

Who put the control motor in???? This should have been seen during install.

Thanks for replying.
No, the blend door is fine, I am in the middle of changing the evaporative core(evaporator). I will let you the know the results.

Ok ,....

Answer a few questions for us....

Does this van have rear A/C?
How much freon did you put in, and was the system evacuated prior to charging?
There are two blend doors, side by side in the heater housing. are the pivots intact?..Did you look at the recirc door when you split the casing? Does the air Discharge from the proper vents when you change positions?
