Wife come home with brakes smelling roasted. Appeared driver side front rotor had hung up, replaced it and pads all around. Bled brakes, got pressure back to pedal but on startup goes clear to floor. Re-bled with same outcome, took for little test drive to see if slack just needed taken up between new pads and rotor, still goes to floor, returned with brakes starting to smell roasted again. Rotors and lug nuts extremely hot to touch. Re-bled entire system again from master cylinder to individual wheels with no success. Check engine light is on but no ABS or brake light is on. Any ideas?
