Default 2.7 engine swap issues

I have a 2007 Sebring with the 2.7 V6. I needed to chaneg the engine and found a 2009 2.7 V6 from an Avenger. The intake manifold is slightly different. There appears to be some sensor or servo device on the 2007 manifold and wiring harness that is not on the 2009. What is this and is it necessary? If I want to use the 2009 manifold, will there be a problem if this other wire is not plugged in or can I block it off some how? Thanks

the motor will fit fine but you need to use all the parts that match the car like manifolds wiring etc.
