Default 2000 300M code check and trunk issue

Hello All Once Again

My last post regarding the ATC with no dispay. Pulled unit out of dash and opened up the unit. Found two resisters that had a poor solder job on them. So de-soldered and re-solderd and unit is working great.

Now two new problems.
1) Went to fill up on gas. When started engine it ran rough for about 15 sec with a slight shake. Engine light came on. Did onboard dio and the following code came up
... P10684
....P0306
I think the first one means battery was dissconnected in past few starts and the other I am asuming is cylinder misfire in cylinder 6?
Can anyone conferm this. Car was low on gas when the code came on but is running great now but engine light is still on???
Second problem is the trunk will not open when I use the remot key fob. But will open with the incar button release. Any ideas to this.
Oh yea the little light and the accsesory plug in ash tray stoped working not sure why.
Other then that car is grerat.
Need to book in for tune up any suggestion on what plugs shoud be used in this car. I have looked on net but am wonder if I should stick witgh the stock Chrysles ones. Any reason to stay with them or to a different brand.
Thanks for any and all help.
