2000 concorde brakes

Default 2000 concorde brakes
I have a 2000 concorde with 4 wheel disc brakes.. I replaced the shoes .. rotors appear to be in great shape.

There was no brake noise until the new shoes went on ... now I have a major brake squeal from the right front...

I have done my own brakes forever... so I know they are on correctly and they are the right ones...

Any suggestions.
