How do I program a '94 LHS computer?

I want to change the settings in my engine computer, and I need to know what I'm up against. The car is a 1994 Chrysler LHS with the mighty 3.5 V6. I believe the computer is programable, what I need is a place I can find the program to upload. Any ideas out there?

NO DEAL CANT DO IT TINKERING WITH THE COMPUTER SUCH AS U SAY WILL BE A FEDERAL CRIME DUE TO FED EPA GUIDLINES. U CAN UPGRADE THE COMPUTER WITH A CHRYSLER PERFORMANCE ONE OR UPGRADE KITS AFTERMARKET. HEHE PLUS ONE WRONG CODE SETTING WITH RENENDER THAT THING USELESS.
