vehicle wont run has dtcs p0601-p0108 can hear fuel pump running but have no fuel to engine. it will run on ether. previous to this-would not idle was running very rich-can ecm shut off fuel via the pressure regulator? i know the map can cause rich but do regulators on these stick? i work @ a ford dealer and some of ours do. can any one help? i do have 4 volt reference to map and sensor ground is good.
