2002 srs lit

Default 2002 srs lit

on my 2002 got a seat belt switch fault so srs is lit

for passenger side



replaced seat belt buckle and tensioner cleared codes and fault still there seat belt fault

no micro switch in buckle as passenger side has none only driver side has .

have checked all wiring and plugs under passenger seat they all ok .

what else can i check as it got me puzzled pls any ides be greatfull

Howdy again, You have another vehicle or is this the 03 minivan you posted of with power sliding door trouble? And how did you make out on a fix for that problem if this current thread is for a different vehicle(BTW what is this vehicle )?

yer got different gv had to get rid of the other one as it had smoking party in main wiring loom behind clocks
from 12v power socket because was on lpg i wasnt going to risk it with my kids
sold it as spares and didnt want to spend 3 days doing rewire of main loom

my new gv is a 2002 3.3 auto in grey

this is the grey connector under passenger seat wiring

1 A210 14OR/RD (POWER SEATS) FUSED B(+)
2 R58 20LB/GY PASSENGER SEAT BELT SWITCH SENSE
3 R60 20LB/TN PASSENGER SEAT BELT SWITCH RETURN
4 R262 20WT/LB (EXCEPT SEAT AIRBAGS) PASSENGER SEAT TRACK POSITION SENSOR SIGNAL
5 Z909 16BK/LG (POWER SEATS) GROUND
6 - -
7 R264 20VT/LB (EXCEPT SEAT AIRBAGS) PASSENGER SEAT TRACK POSITION SENSOR SUPPLY
8 - -
9 - -
10 P188 18LG/VT (LHD HEATED SEATS) RIGHT SEAT HEATER B(+) DRIVER
10 P187 18LG/BR (RHD HEATED SEATS) LEFT SEAT HEATER B(+) DRIVER

should pins 2-3 be connected as they are not going to seat

I've had many Chrysler/Dodge minivans since 1993, But do not recall options of yours in GB for any that were here in the USA until later years. As for Pas. SRS trouble, most easiest way to track out SHOULD be a compatable scan tool that can read those level of codes and post those codes here. Sorry to have the thought that once again that there is a major difference of equipment and options between EU and North American market vehicles. Good Luck, would love to hear how this one "works out" for you!
