I have a 2007 4.0 Pacifica and after starting it for the first time in months, i'm getting a miss (rough idle, lack of power) and when i pull codes, all 6 injector codes are presented. P0201 P0202 P0203 P0204 P0205 P0206. I've verified all wiring is clean and tight at the injectors. I've cleared codes, and it come right back.

Recent work includes a timing belt, water pump, serp belt, plugs, thermostat.

Any leads on stuff to check?

I've searched for vacuum leaks, find none. Swapped a set of known good injectors, still has miss, still throwing 6 injector codes. Replaced upper plenum gallery while it was off, no change.

Starting to think ecu issue.

 

did it have this issue before the work was done or just after that work was done to it?

 

That I don't know. I was volunteered to work on this project, and don't know its history.
